Fish fillet, water, wheat flour based coating, canola oil, ethnic spices & salt.

Cooking Instructions

Deep fry frozen premium fish fillet for 4-6 minutes or until golden brown in preheated oil.

Preheat oven to 200oC. Bake frozen premium fish fillet on baking sheet (turning halfway through baking) for 15-20 minutes or until cooked.
