How do I become a member of the MENU Membership Card Offer?

You can join at any MENU outlet or online.

Does it cost anything to become a member?

There’s no fee to join and no ongoing membership fee.

Just make one qualifying purchase per calendar year to keep your membership active.

Can my family or friends use my membership card so I’ll earn points on their purchases?

Memberships are non-transferable but can be used by immediate family.

Why do you need my e-mail address?

By providing an e-mail address, we are able to send you a notification e-mail when your membership become available for viewing and printing. We can also let you know quickly about exclusive, last-minute offers and promotions.

How can I earn points faster?

You can earn points faster by taking advantage of weekly exclusive offers and in-store Bonus Points offers. As a membership card member be sure to watch your email for exclusive email offers.

How can I redeem my points?

Visit your nearest MENU outlet and redeem your points to get free shopping and other exclusive offers.

What happens to my points when I return an item?

The points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account. However, we don not accept product returns due to perishable nature of our product.

How do I change my contact information?

Visit your nearest MENU outlet or by online just sign in at ‘select’ My Account then My Profile. Once there, you can add or update your address and other contact information.
