Ingredients

Premium Rahu Fish, Lemon Juice, Salt, Garlic, Ginger, Red Chilli Flakes, Corriander Powder, Cumin Seeds, Ajwayne, Black Pepper Powder & Turmeric Powder.

Cooking Instructions

Prepare batter by mixing gram flour (besan) with water, add salt and red chilli according to your taste. Dip thawed marinated rahu fish in the batter and fry at medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until cooked.

Cook marinated rahu fish on a greased pan over low heat, turning occasionally, for 4-5 minutes or until cooked.

Preheat oven to 200ºC . Bake marinated rahu fish on greased baking dish for 15-20 minutes or until its cooked. Apply a little oil on the fish before baking.
